FAQs

What does ISIG actually do?

ISIG builds AI-powered sales enablement systems that help B2B organizations:

  • Ramp new hires faster

  • Sell more consistently

  • Improve pipeline discipline

  • Standardize training & onboarding

  • Eliminate tribal knowledge

  • Operate like top-10% sales organizations

We specialize in:

  • Sales onboarding design

  • Training program development

  • CRM workflow engineering

  • AI automation

  • Sales playbooks & process standardization

  • Manager enablement systems

What industries does ISIG serve?

We work across three primary ICPs:

  1. VC-backed B2B SaaS

  2. Industrial, manufacturing & field services

  3. Mid-market professional services firms

If your sales org has 5–100 reps and struggles with inconsistency, we can help.

What makes ISIG different from other consultants?

Three things:

1. System-first philosophy

We fix the infrastructure behind sales performance, not short-term coaching or motivation.

2. AI-enabled enablement

We integrate AI into onboarding, training, workflows, and automation — making your systems smarter and more scalable.

3. Enterprise-grade design

ISIG’s approach is modeled after McKinsey, BCG, and Accenture:

  • Clear frameworks

  • Predictable delivery

  • Structured execution

  • High accountability

How does an engagement with ISIG work?

Every engagement follows the same four-phase model:

Phase 1 — Audit

We analyze CRM, workflows, training, onboarding, and performance gaps.

Phase 2 — Design

We build your enablement architecture:

  • onboarding paths

  • playbooks

  • CRM workflows

  • AI-enabled systems

Phase 3 — Implementation

We configure CRM, deploy automations, create training programs, deliver playbooks, and roll out systems.

Phase 4 — Stewardship

We maintain and optimize your systems monthly.

How long does a typical engagement take?

  • Audit: 2–3 weeks

  • Implementation: 4–8 weeks

  • Stewardship: ongoing monthly

How does ISIG price its services?

We use transparent consulting pricing models:

Audits — $3,000 to $12,000

Implementation Sprints — $7,500 to $30,000

Retainers — $3,000 to $12,000/month

Pricing depends on:

  • team size

  • CRM complexity

  • automation depth

  • training & enablement needs

What are ISIG’s payment terms?

Our billing model follows top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture):

  • Audits: 100% upfront

  • Implementation:

    • 50/50 split, or

    • 40/40/20 milestone plan

  • Retainers: Monthly in advance

Invoices are Net 15.
Work pauses if invoices exceed 5 days overdue.

Do you use AI to replace people?

No.
We use AI to:

  • automate repetitive tasks

  • create consistency

  • standardize training

  • support managers

  • improve pipeline quality

AI enhances performance — it never replaces sales reps.

How does ISIG handle data & privacy?

We follow strict privacy and security practices:

  • All data remains in your systems

  • We use secure file-sharing only

  • No external data storage

A Change Order documents modifications to:

  • scope
